To place an order, contact me via e-mail, letter or phone.  (See the contact page.)  I will respond, confirming the price and sending a bill if necessary.

 If the equipment you want is not in stock, a shipping date will be established.

Payment by check or money order is required before a quizbox will ship.  Exceptions:
1.  I ship COD and you give the check to the UPS man when the box arrives.  COD service adds $11  (2012 price).
2.  You can pay by PayPal as long as you cover their fee of approximately 3%.  I will calculate the exact amount and tell you the procedure.
Credit cards are not currently accepted. 

Quizboxes are generally shipped UPS ground.  Priority shipping is available at additional charge. A street address (not a P.O. Box) is required for UPS delivery.
